CS Executive Entrance Test syllabus
CS EXECUTIVE ENTRANCE TEST SYLLABUS
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has designed and issued the CS executive entrance test syllabus. This is understandably one of the syllabus which will equip and test the student on his/her aptitude towards this course. Students from any stream can be easily understand the subjects and topics need to know when they target a professional qualification like CS.
Since this is a national level entrance examination, the competition is really high. Before starting the preparation for the entrance exam, it is a necessity to go through the CS Executive Entrance Test syllabus.
The syllabus is as follows.
Note: There is no negative marking and all tests will be in Multiple Question Method except Viva, which at present is suspended.

This paper is divided into two parts with a weightage of 25 marks each. This paper will give the student an understanding of Constitution of India, law of contract, Torts, Company law and Company Secretaries Act.
The second part of this paper will make the student understand the importance of logical thinking, logical conclusions and its importance in life and their profession.

Learning and understanding basic economics like demand, supply , price, sensitivity, elasticity, competition is one of the importance aim of this paper. It also enable a student to understand the economic changes and scenario of the country with important institutional setup.
