· To apply, you must be at least 17 years old.

· You must have passed either the CS Foundation level exam or the CSEET (Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test) conducted by ICSI.

· If you’re applying through the direct entry route, you don’t need to pass CS Foundation or CSEET. Instead, you must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

· If you’ve cleared the final level of ICMAI (Institute of Cost Accountants of India) or ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India), you’re also eligible to register.

CS Executive Registration Documents Required
